Every once and a while we heat our wood fired pizza oven not only for pizza but also for home made bread.

First things first, internationally the flour denominations are NOT easily translated or compared. We use regional flour from Italy and hence the Italian product types.
whole grain (farina integrale) with or without seeds
bread flour (farina tipo1) with or without sees
